Tonia Hogan's Salmon Cookies - preheat to 350 degrees.
1 - 14 .75 oz can of pink salmon. Leave in liquid and bones. 2 eggs and 2 c. of baking flour
Pour salmon into a mixing bowl including the liquid and leave the bones in the salmon. Add 2 eggs and mix the salmon liquid and eggs until blended. Gradually stir in the 2 c of flour. It will have the texture of cookie dough. Spread onto a oiled cookie sheet. Using a spatula or hands, smooth dough out to 1/4 in thick or thinner if you want crispy treats. Bake for 30 min. Let cool and cut or break into desired pieces.
Gail's Applesauce Cookies - 2 c. unsweetened applesauce, 4 c. oats, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 c.flour
Gail's Peanut Butter Cookies - 1 c. water, 1/2 c. oil, 2 eggs, 6 Tlbs. peanut butter, 2 tsp vanilla,
2 c. flour, 2 c. oats
Gail's Bacon/Cheese Cookies - 1 egg, 2 sticks margarine, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp. baking soda,
1 c. flour, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb. bacon
(or bacon bits)
For any of these cookies - preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for approx. 15 min. Makes 3/4 dozen cookies depending on the size of the cookie.
Nancy's Liver Treats - 1 lb. liver, 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. corn meal, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. garlic powder
Put liver through food processor, add dry ingredients. Spread in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40 min. Remove and cut into small pieces. Refrigerate or freeze.
Tuck's Liver Brownies -2 lbs. liver, 1 c. water, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 c. corn meal, 4 c. whole
wheat flour
In blender or food processor, combine liver, water, eggs and garlic powder. In large mixing bowl, combine liver mixture with corn meal and wheat flour, mixture will be very stiff. Mix well, spread onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min. tops will look dry. Flip onto a cutting board when cool enough to handle. Cut into pieces. Can be stored in baggies and frozen. These are rich ,if given too much in one day, can give the dogs Hershey squirts!
Beth's Fish Fudge (also called Gail's Tuna Fudge, but it's Beth's recipe, Gail just makes it for graduation classes)
14 oz. tuna fish, 1 c. oatmeal, 1/2 c. wheat germ, 1 T parsley flakes, 1 T garlic powder, 1 T parmesan cheese, 2 eggs
Mix ingredients and then bake in a 9 x9 pan at 350 for 25 min. Cut up into small squares. Can also be made in any shaped mini muffin pans, or silicone molds.
Gourmet Puppy Treats by Terrimarie Martsolf - 1 1/2 Tbs. veg. oil, 1 c. warm water, 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour, 1/3 c. grated cheese, Sprinkle in some flaxseed.
Mix oil and water. Stir in all other ingredients. Shape into a tube, chill 1 hr. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 45 min.
Homemade Frosty Paws
32 oz. plain yogurt, 1 mashed ripe banana, 2 TBL peanut butter, 2 TBL honey
Put in ice cube trays to freeze...take out when your dog needs or wants a special treat!
April's Cinnamon Liver
Chop your liver in small pieces. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 for 45 min. The dogs LOVE these!

1-14.75 Pink Salmon
2 C flour
2 eggs
Flake the salmon - don't drain
Add eggs and mix
Mix flour into mixture
Grease baking sheet with nonstick spray or coconut oil
Dump mixture and spread it out to 1/4". Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Shorter time means chewier cookie and longer, a crunchier cookie.Lift from cookie sheet before cooling so it won't stick. Let it cool and cut into pieces. Bag and freeze or refrigerate.
