Directions: Tall Pines Dog Training is located at 13769 Old State Rd (Route 608) in beautiful Middlefield, OH. The facility is located 3 miles north of Rt. 87 and 3 miles south of Rt. 322. We have a great facility, once surrounded by tall pine trees, which is where we get our name. Most of the pines trees have now been lost to disease, and those gave way to a much bigger parking lot.
