Bacon - Cheese Cookies

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup flour

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 lb bacon (cooked crisp, drained, & crumbled)

Makes 3 - 4 dozen depending on size of cookie.

Tuck's Liver Brownies

2lbs. liver

1 cup water

2 eggs

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 cup cornmeal

4 cups whole wheat flour

In blender or food processor combine liver, water, eggs and garlic powder.

In large mixing bowl combine liver mixture with cornmeal and wheat flour, mixture will be very stiff, mix well, spread onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes, top will look dry on top

Flip onto a cutting board when cool enough to handle

Cut into 1 - 1/2 inch wide bars,( I find this to work the best)  or you may tear into pieces.  Can be stored in baggies and frozen. I freeze 4 - 5 bars in a baggie, then remove what I will need for the day.

If they are left out for days they will mold, due to no preservatives

Also don't give an excessive amount during the day, being so rich, they can give the dogs the Hershey squirts.
